The Story So Far
The oldest and most well-known of Jaulian’s initiatives, the Leadership Journey is at the very heart of the Jaulian Project. The Journey brings together participants from a vast variety of interests and professions — from photographers to corporate magnates — and enables the formation of a closely-knit community that strives towards self-reflection and impact.
The Leadership Journey began in collaboration with the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM), with its first two editions held in Thailand (2014) and Sri Lanka (2015). Since then, it has been hosted by the Jaulian Project, which has organized three more editions: Borneo (2017), Bali (2018), and most recently Sri Lanka (2024) — the latter designed as a Leadership Village, offering a distinct experience from earlier journeys.
